Shipping policy

  • Order processing time: Due to the long production cycle of the product, it usually takes 7-15 days for us to deliver the product after you place an order. If there is a holiday, this time will be postponed.

  • All orders are shipped FOB, and relevant fees are affected by the local policy of your delivery. If necessary, the buyer needs to bear the duties and the costs of customs clearance. Please contact us if you have any question about shipping policy.

  • Shipping location and time: Our products are shipped to over 20 countries and regions all over the world from Beijing.
    We use DHL to ship goods to overseas areas, this time is generally 15-20 days, depending on the timeliness of logistics.

  • Pick up service: We ship from the factory, so do not support self-pickup currently .

  • Logistics costs: The freight needs to be borne by the buyer. If the customer has no special requirements, we generally use DHL for delivery, and the charging standard is determined by the logistics policy.

  • Returns and Exchanges: If the product is defective (excluding damage to the goods in transit), we accept returns and bear the resulting shipping costs. If you need an exchange, please apply for a return and place a new order.

  • Friendly reminders: Foreign orders can be selected from EMS, UPS, DHL and FEDEX. For foreign orders, due to customs clearance, it is necessary to add 5 working days to the original custom cycle (only quaranteed time is issued, and the delivery time cannot be quaranteed). Some countries may There will be periodic non-receipt dispatching. It is recommended that customers confirm the order with the local dispatch company before placing the order.
